Job Title: Warehouse / Inventory Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Shipping and Receiving:
- Receiving: Accept incoming shipments, check for damage, and ensure items match purchase orders
- Storing: Organize and label incoming stock, and keep inventory accurate using FIFO
- Shipping: Prepare orders for shipment and label outgoing packages in a timely manner
Warehousing:
- Safety: Follow safety regulations and procedures, including wearing protective equipment and ensuring aisles are clear
- Organization: Set priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse
- Maintaining Records: Keep track of inventory, shipping, and purchase orders
- Respond to phone calls and emails and communicate with vendors
- Conduct quarterly physical inventory and identify gaps
- Solve issues such as addressing supply chain challenges
- Ability to drive a forklift
System / Accounting:
- Work within a comprehensive business IT system (inputting customer orders, modifying orders, creating purchase orders, inventory pricing, etc.)
- Complete monthly sales tracking reports for key suppliers
Product Knowledge:
- Over time, learn about Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products to assist customers
- Over time, learn about technical gas detection products to support customer needs
