IDR is seeking a Digital Specialist to join one of our top clients for an part-time opportunity in Bolingbrook, IL. This role offers a dynamic environment within the digital cosmetics and beauty industry, supporting product calibration and virtual try-on platforms. The company focuses on innovative digital solutions for beauty products, providing a collaborative and forward-thinking workplace.
Position Overview for the Digital Specialist:
- Support and coordinate product calibrations for new additions to the virtual try-on platform
- Assist with sample coordination, product swatching, and data extraction to ensure accurate digital representations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and validate new digital features and improvements
- Manage digital marketing assets, including QR codes for in-store and print campaigns
- Support analytics and reporting for product performance and platform enhancements
Requirements for the Digital Specialist:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in digital or beauty industries
- Knowledge and/or experience with cosmetics/beauty products preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint preferred
- Skills in Adobe Analytics and Photoshop preferred
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong listening skills
