The Returns Coordinator plays a vital role in restoring value by ensuring imaging parts are received, evaluated, and processed with accuracy and care. Essential Job Duties:
- Review and validate all return quality claims to ensure proper triage, timely processing, and accurate internal testing.
- Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve quality claims, negotiate restock fees/credits, and troubleshoot issues.
- Authorize customer credits and manage exchange-related financials, including deposit credits, refunds, and high-dollar additional bills.
- Execute and oversee exchange workflows, including reminders, return document generation, vendor exchanges, and stock-check item resolution.
- Provide customer reporting and facilitate quality review meetings to maintain transparency and support strong relationships.
- Analyze and update quarterly quality metrics, using insights to identify trends and drive process improvements.
- Develop and refine quality and parts-validation processes, including models for external customer validation.
- Driving and vehicle operation are essential functions of this role.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Preferred Experience
Education (or equivalent experience)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required. Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management, General Business, or Management preferred.
Preferred Certifications
Travel Requirements:
Frequent driving 30%+, load, transport, deliver parts/equipment. Meet driver eligibility requirements. Minimum age 21, refer to company vehicle policy.

- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods.

- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Visual and auditory ability to operate machinery.
- Potential exposure to machinery, noise, and hazardous materials. Ability to safely operate and enter/exit vehicles, drive for extended periods and work in varied environmental conditions with potential exposure to machinery, noise, and hazardous materials.
