Position Overview:
We are looking to add skilled carpenters to our team. This position involves working on custom home builds, assisting with everything from framing to finish work. We're looking for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and take pride in doing quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various aspects of residential carpentry, including framing, trim, and finish work
- Work alongside team members and subcontractors to keep projects moving efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow company standards for quality and workmanship
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the work - lifting up to 50# and work at elevated heights on roofs or scaffolding.
- Willing to train motivated, hard-working individuals looking to build a career in the trades
