What You'll be Doing:
Develop,implementand execute arisk-basedresponsible sourcingprogram with a primary focus of vendors producing within the United States.
Develop and implementcorrespondingpoliciesandprocedures.
Develop systems, including within existing technology, to support the execution of the program.
Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence to increaseefficiencieswithin program design.
Conductand reviewsupplier assessments and audits to ensure compliance withdevelopedMeijerstandards.
Collaborate with suppliers to improve their practices and ensure alignment with company standards.
Monitor and report on the performance of suppliers and vendorscross-functionally.
Identifyand mitigate risks in the supply chain related to responsible sourcing.
Develop and providetraining and support to internal teams ondomesticresponsible sourcingpolicies and procedures.
Develop processes for identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in responsible sourcingglobally.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, ora relatedfield.
Minimum of3-5 years of experience incompliance,sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a focus on responsible sourcingpreferred.
Strong knowledge of ethicaland social standards in supply chain management.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to project manage and lead cross functional teamsthrough change management.
