A state of the art ethanol production facility, located in Marysville, Michigan is looking for a qualified and motivated Administrative Assistant.
Administrative Assistant
Interface with plant personnel & general public
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Provide administrative support for departments and individuals
Order supplies & equipment, and run errands as required
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
General office tasks (phones, mail, filing, record keeping, data entry, accounts payable, etc.)
Generate purchase orders
Shipping & receiving
Coordinate meetings & events, including set up & clean up
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Manage time efficiently
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in office environment required or a plus (whichever you think reads well)
Pay Range
Hourly position - pay to be determined based on experience
Job Characteristics
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4 pm
