Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an IT Operations Supervisor for a top automotive manufacturing client. This individual will own the day-to-day IT operations at a production facility, ensuring stability, availability, and performance of systems that directly impact manufacturing output. The role is highly hands-on and will lead a team of IT technicians while acting as the primary escalation point for plant-critical incidents. This is a great opportunity for a proven IT leader with manufacturing experience who thrives in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments and enjoys mentoring teams while staying close to the technology.
Compensation:
$120k to $135k per year annual salary.

Skills and Requirements
Supervisory experience managing Level 1 & Level 2 IT technicians
Strong SQL experience
MES or ERP integration/support experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven experience working against KPIs
Demonstrated mentorship and coaching experience
Working knowledge of basic security and compliance practices
Automotive manufacturing experience OR broader manufacturing plant IT experience
Hands-on IT operations background supporting production-critical systems - Experience with JIS (Just-In-Sequence), JIT (Just-In-Time), and sequencing environments
Highly hands-on leadership style
