Job Title: Shift Operator
Job Description
Perform basic assembly and machine loading for printed circuit board technology. Set up and operate automated solder machines to meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate basic assembly abilities with Through-Hole Pin Connectors.
Set up and operate automated equipment using basic computer literacy skills.
Interpret and recognize prints and documentation related to customer specifications and materials.
Conduct IPC inspections for part placements, solder reflow, through hole, component damage, and final assembly.
Handle Printed Circuit Board/Component with care, including PB & PB-Free PCA handling.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
GED or Diploma.
Preferred experience in Manufacturing or Production.
Ability to stand for 10 hours straight.
Strong computer skills and knowledge.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr.
