Primary responsibilities include:
Accurate data entry of customer part numbers, supplier information, and inventory records into inventory management systems
Process shipping and receiving documentation, including bill of lading verification and system updates
Perform inventory control tasks, dispatch orders, and generate tags for part selection
Conduct quality control checks and process claims for misdirected parts using internal systems

Monday- Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Qualifications:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer data entry systems
Clerical or administrative experience, preferably in data entry or inventory control
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends as needed
