Outpatient Physical Therapy & 24/7 MedGym Schedule: Approximately 8–10 hours per week (pilot position with potential expansion).
Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant who values patient-centered care and enjoys working in a small, quality focused outpatient environment. The clinic operates alongside a medically oriented gym and focuses heavily on exercise-based rehabilitation for orthopedic and Medicare populations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist/Implement plans as a PT
- Guide therapeutic exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to supervising PT
- Complete accurate documentation in the EMR
- Maintain professionalism and patient rapport with patients
Qualifications:
- Active PTA license (Michigan)/Active PT License
- Strong communication skills
- Comfort working with older adult populations
- Commitment to high-quality, one-on-one patient care
PRN PTA: starting at $30/hr
PRN PT: starting at $48/hr
