Black Armor is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paver Operator who can also assist with concrete flatwork. Our primary work is in Oakland, Genesee, Lapeer, and surrounding areas, but candidates must be willing to travel statewide for larger contracts. This is a full-time paving job with weather-dependent hours and weekend availability required.
Responsibilities

Operate asphalt paver with precision

Assist with screed operations

Support concrete forming, pouring, and finishing

Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance

Work closely with foreman to maintain production flow
Requirements

2+ years paver operating experience

Screed experience a plus

Ability to assist with concrete work

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Willingness to travel for statewide projects
