Black Armor is hiring Full-Time Asphalt & Concrete Laborers for our paving and flatwork crews. Our primary service areas include Holly, Oakland County, Genesee County, and Lapeer County, but applicants must have a willingness to travel statewide as contracts expand. This is a seasonal construction role with weather-dependent hours and weekend work as needed.
Responsibilities

Asphalt labor: raking, shoveling, patching, prep work

Concrete labor: forming, pouring, finishing, cleanup

Operate hand tools and small equipment

Assist with crack filling, sealcoating, and site cleanup

Follow safety procedures and crew direction
Requirements

Valid driver’s license

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors

Reliable transportation

Willingness to travel for statewide projects

Asphalt or concrete experience preferred but not required
