What You'll Do
* Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and soil amendments using industry best practices and MDARD compliance
* Monitor lawn and plant health and make treatment recommendations
* Keep detailed, accurate application logs and service records
* Maintain equipment and support routing efficiency
* Communicate professionally with customers and team mates
What You Bring
* Current MDARD Fertilizer Applicator License
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work outdoors in varied conditions
* Attention to detail, teamwork mindset, and professionalism
