Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Track Office Safety Coordinator to join our team.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
monitoring the track safety testing surfaces;
monitoring the radio communications of the testing surfaces;
enter the data into the Visitor Log and Track Log system;
Coordinate with the different departments to ensure testing surfaces are utilized to the upmost;
manage the communication signs and Safety Beacon lights;
Drive on the test surfaces to ensure they are safe for testing;
Open and close road surfaces as needed;
Act as the Incident Commander if there is a vehicle problem and assist with the responding to emergencies;
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver"s license and an excellent driving record
Possess the skills to read, comprehend, and execute written procedures
Attention to detail
Self-starter, self-motivated and willing to learn
Reliable attendance and be willing to work overtime/weekends
Good computer skills with working knowledge of Excel and Word
We have an opening on the night shift at our facility in Romeo, MI.
