Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Manager to support our clients in staffing, while assisting with business development initiatives, including emerging AI sales efforts. This role works closely with sales, recruiting, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality delivery, strong client relationships, and smooth account operations.
Key Responsibilities
Account & MSP Support
- Manage and support MSP and direct client accounts across VMS platforms such as Fieldglass and Beeline
- Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant candidate submissions
- Track requisitions, submissions, interviews, and placements across multiple accounts
- Maintain pipeline reports, submission trackers, and account dashboards
Client Relations & Onsite Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for account-related coordination between clients, sales, and recruiters
- Visit client locations as needed to support relationship management and account growth
- Ensure adherence to client-specific processes, SLAs, and compliance requirements
Sales & Business Development Support
- Support account growth initiatives by assisting sales teams with pipeline tracking, reporting, and follow-ups
- Assist in identifying opportunities for additional staffing and AI-related solutions
- Support business development activities, including AI sales initiatives, as assigned
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure delivery of high-quality IT resources
- Partner with sales leadership to support account expansion and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in account management and sales with experience in IT and Engineering.
- Hands-on experience working with MSP/VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar)
- Strong understanding of IT and Engineering roles, skill sets, and technologies
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel, CRM, and ATS tools.
