White Light Electric is growing, and we are looking for an Entry-Level Electrical Apprentice to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is motivated to learn the electrical trade, work with their hands, and build a long-term career in commercial and industrial electrical work. You will work alongside experienced electricians, gain real field experience, and develop the skills needed to grow in the trade.
We are looking for someone who shows up ready to work, takes direction well, and wants to improve every day.
What You’ll Do
- Assist electricians on commercial and industrial job sites
- Learn basic electrical installation, tools, and materials
- Support service calls and project work
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Transport tools and materials as needed
- Participate in training and development in the field
What We’re Looking For
- No experience required, construction experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and reliability
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
