Now Hiring: Bilingual (MANDARIN) Maintenance Technician
Pay Based on Experience: $24 - $53/hr
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment. Mandarin and English fluency are required for effective communication across departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong maintenance experience looking for long-term growth.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Support automated machinery, robots, and programmable controls
Read blueprints, manuals, schematics, and diagrams
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime
Fluent in Mandarin and English (required)
2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
Experience with electrical troubleshooting, sensors, motors, and controls
Pneumatic systems knowledge required
FANUC robotics experience strongly preferred
Injection molding / tooling maintenance experience is a plus
Ability to obtain Hi-Lo and lift certifications
Ability to lift 20 lbs and work in industrial environment
2 Years Experience: $24 - $31/hr
3–7 Years Experience: $29 - $41/hr
7+ Years Experience: $39 - $53/hr
