Position Requirements:
- Must be able to move and work in different workstations, including tray rinsing, using a three-compartment sink for cleaning pots and pans, and removing dry plates from the dishwasher.
- Must be able to briskly walk in a large area and stand in a stationary position while performing tasks.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds and work in a hot, wet environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to assist in multiple areas as needed.
