• Manage all phases of projects from estimating handoff to completion
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and execution plans
• Coordinate all project activities, meetings, and deliverables
• Communicate with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation, logs, and reports
• Review financials, WIP, and project performance
• Coordinate invoicing and logistics including barge scheduling when required
• Other duties assigned by leadership
