Specialized manufacturer in the Redford area, known for taking precision components from concept to completion, is seeking a Fourslide Operations Lead.
Unique role for a technical expert who enjoys the production floor. Opportunity to work for a family owned, stable shop where you will coordinate the production schedule, and be hands on with the technical mastery of progessive die and fourslide machinery.
You will supervise Maintenance, perform set ups for press and fourslide machinery to produce parts, perform quality inspections, troubleshoot machine issues, and oversee raw materials & scrap management.

Requirements:
Experience in metal forming, specifically in progessive die and fourslide processes.
Ability to use calipers, micrometers, depth/thread/pin gages.
Blueprint reading.
Basic math.
Troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
Forklift.
Hand tools.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
