```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers
- Assist with feeding and meal preparation
- Perform basic nursing procedures, such as wound care and catheter care
- Assist with patient assessments and documentation
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a nursing assistant training program or equivalent experience
- Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA)
- Experience in acute care or long-term care settings preferred
- Knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Ability to perform basic nursing procedures, such as taking vital signs and assisting with physical examinations
- Familiarity with memory care techniques and protocols
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
