- Set up and operate fabricating machines including drill presses, rolls, welders, plasma cutters, grinders, torches, and band saws.
- Read and intrepet blueprints to determine job specifications.
- Position, align, fit, and weld parts according to blueprints and layput specifications.
- Design and construct templatwes and fixtures
- Measure work for sonformance to specifications using measuring tools including but not linited to; calipers, micrometers,tape measures, square,protractor, and or ruler.
- MIG/TIG weld carbon steel, stainless, and or aluminum
- Move parts/material manually or by using a hoist or crane
- Verify dimensions ans product specifications for quality purposes.
- Complete necessary training and certification to operate hi-lo equipement
- Strong math skills
- 1-2 years welding/fabrication experience
