The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians.
Job Responsibilities:
Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
Maintain grounds and common areas.
Manages records of activity in the maintenance log.
Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
Required Qualifications:
At least 6 months of on-site experience
Valid I.D. Required
Have reliable transportation
Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties
A/C certification is a Plus and Pays More
This is a great opportunity for those who have left the industry and are looking to return. Hotel, Rehab, Condo, and Carpentry experience all a plus!
