The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
- Maintain grounds and common areas.
- Manages records of activity in the maintenance log.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of on-site experience
- Valid I.D. Required
- Have reliable transportation
- Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties
- A/C certification is a Plus and Pays More
