Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily production and assembly operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can follow detailed instructions, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Perform general production and assembly tasks according to work instructions.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively, including drills, impact tools, and grinders.
- Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and finished products with accuracy.
- Inspect parts for quality, fit, and finish; report any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
- Support material flow and production needs as directed.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, general production, or packaging.
- Ability to use various hand and power tools.
- Ability to read basic work instructions, follow processes, and meet production standards.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
