Our client, a leading organization in the automotive engineering industry, is seeking a Control Tower Engineer to join their team. As a Control Tower Engineer, you will be part of the Quality organization supporting the Control Tower & Field Quality team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Control Tower Engineer
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Pay Range: 59.19/hr.
What's the Job?
Lead identification of warranty-related issues through part analysis and vehicle reviews
Propose triage recommendations using data and physical insights for issue resolution
Support governance of warranty issues throughout their lifecycle
Collaborate with engineering, supplier quality, manufacturing, and service teams
Analyze components and systems to determine root cause and corrective actions
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
5+ years of experience in Product Engineering
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
