Qualifications:
- The hours for the position are 5 am - 1pm, Monday - Friday, but may include a partial day on Saturday
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must have 3 years of warehouse experience
- Must be able to drive a reach truck, scissor lift, Honeywell handheld scanner
- Must have experience working within a position responsible for inventory control
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and be flexible
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and good time management skills
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and personalities
- Ability to meet crises calmly, show attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and in a team environment
- Knowledge of inventory controls, audit practices, and root-cause analysis
- Experience improving processes through technology or workflow optimization
- Proficiency in inventory management systems or ERP/WMS platforms
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, pivot tables, and basic formulas
- Ability to generate, interpret, and analyze inventory reports
- Familiarity with physical count procedures, cycle counting, and variance analysis
- Data entry accuracy and comfort working across multiple systems
- Basic understanding of receiving, stocking, picking, shipping, and stock control workflows
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
