3-5 years of plastic processing experience
2 years supervisory experience
Outstanding attendance
Reliable transportation
Willingness to be flexible, to work other shifts if necessary.
Ability to communicate in English (written/orally).
Able to use basic computer software (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word).
Able to lift 60+ punds, climb up and down ladders, overall agile.
Forklift experience
Comfortable with hand tools
Knowledge of automation
Knowledge of general safety best practices
Knowledge of all applicable quality standards
Experience in IQMS software modules
Own needed tools
Able to pass drug screen, compliant with Michigan Laws
