What’s a typical day as Receptionist? You’ll be:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors and callers, routing communications to appropriate staff members.
- Answering phone calls, transferring to correct extension, and providing courteous assistance.
- Assisting with company mailings, sorting and distributing customer statements, and managing office supplies.
- Supporting guest hospitality functions, helping with special mailings, and providing general administrative support.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Must have recent experience working in an office environment at the front desk
- Prior experience answering a high-volume multiline phone system
- Consistent, long term and relevant work history is a must
- Prior work history in insurance, mortgage, banking, or accounting industries to understand industry-specific terminology, regulations, and practices
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
