Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support a short-term Contract assignment in Clinton Township, MI. This opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in the field, and can represent the project team with a friendly and dependable approach. The role involves visiting assigned sites, confirming materials before deployment, and helping ensure signage and promotional items are set up accurately within a one-day project timeline.
Responsibilities:
Confirm all assigned signage, display pieces, and supporting materials are received and accounted for before departing for the day's scheduled work
Travel to designated properties and dealership locations to complete on-site setup tasks in accordance with project instructions
Install posters, standing banners, rack cards, and handlebar tags at assigned locations with attention to presentation and placement
Coordinate with the staffing office or project contacts to report material counts, site progress, and any issues that could affect completion
Follow site-specific guidelines and maintain a detail-oriented, business-casual appearance while working at client-facing locations
Manage time effectively to complete all assigned stops and installation tasks within the expected one-day schedule
Use clear written and verbal communication when interacting with team members, site representatives, and project contacts
Requirements - Ability to maintain a neat business-casual appearance; denim, sweatpants, graphic T-shirts, and hoodies are not permitted
Reliable transportation to travel to all assigned locations and complete the full project schedule
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates
Positive, courteous, and outgoing demeanor suited to on-site interactions
Ability to stay organized, follow instructions carefully, and manage timelines independently
Experience supporting project-based work, installations, scheduling, or related field assignments is preferred
