Job Description
Insight Global is looking for 2 Robotics Test & Validation Engineer in the Warren, Michigan area. The engineer will develop innovative test frameworks for robotics, including hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), simulation-driven validation, and continuous safety monitoring. The engineer will define performance metrics for intelligent collaborative robots such as adaptability, robustness, and trustworthiness. The engineer will also work with robotics intelligence to validate early prototypes and with AI & Simulation to benchmark AI models before deployment.
Compensation:
$40/hr to $42/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Robotics, Computer Engineering, or similar
5+ years of experience in robotics testing & validation
Strong HIL background testing & simulation environments
Experience with safety monitoring & performance benchmarking - Masters Degree or PhD
Experience with collaborative robots
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
