• Accept material in the shipping, verify to purchase order and enter part/s into inventory on the Visual Manufacturing System.
• Report any non-conforming parts, consult engineering or manufacturing for disposition and log the material onto the NCMR log.
• Release parts into storage and retrieve parts from storage when required.
• Participates in the periodic assessment of stored items that is performed as part of internal auditing and inventory management (at a minimum of yearly).
• Read and interpret applicable blueprints.• Crate and package outgoing material as required.
• Handles all hazardous and environmentally unsafe material in accordance with instructions as marked or on MSDS sheets.
• Maintains equipment and facilities to keep in professional operating condition.
