Job Summary:
Under general direction, provides direct care to patients utilizing the nursing process. Guides and supervises nursing personnel, effective in role of charge nurse or resource person, collaborates with other health care professionals, and coordinates ancillary staff. Functions within the framework of the policies and procedures of the Hospital and demonstrates professional growth and accountability.
Minimum Requirements: Education: Associate Degree, Diploma, Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. If ADN or Diploma, has goal of completing BSN within 5 years of hire.Experience: Minimum of 1 years related acute care Staff Nurse experience Licensure: RN license in the State of Michigan "
