Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
Package and DR finished product for customer orders and stock items
Print and sort all customer orders
Pull and process shipments according to customer requests - consolidate customer pickup and shipping schedule
Process packages through the UPS and truck line system
Generate daily manifest log from the system including filling out airbills, foreign and domestic and all applicable documents
Pull all buy/order cards and maintain supply inventories
Notify all carriers which have freight for pickup that do not pick up on a daily basis
Follow all standard work, process instructions, and ISO work instructions and procedures
Work in team environment
Cross train: Paint, Receiving, and Assembly
Promote and maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with procedures, policies, training, and regulations
Ensure established policies and procedures are followed
Participate in continuous improvement project team activities
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Supervisor

Education Requirements:
Must have High School Diploma / GED
Skill/Experience Requirements:
Ability to operate all material handling equipment
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed to fulfill business requirements
Willing to participate in Company designated training
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Working knowledge of basic math
Ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form in order to present information and respond to inquiries from employees, customers, and suppliers
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision/guidance
