We are seeking a reliable and motivated Route Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position delivering salt and bottled water to residential and commercial customers while providing excellent customer service.
Compensation:

Starting wage: $15.00 per hour

90-day review with potential increase up to $16.00 per hour based on performance

Health Insurance and 401(k) available after 90 days
Job Responsibilities:

Deliver 50 lb. bags of salt and 5-gallon bottled water to homes and businesses

Assist with water system installations and service when needed

Provide friendly and professional customer service

Maintain accurate delivery routes and schedules
Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds multiple times throughout the day

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Willingness to learn installation and service skills

Excellent driving record required

Chauffeur's License required within two weeks of hire
