- Manually, repeatedly, and consistantly
operate machinery.
• Run various injection molding machines.
• Load raw materials and follow material handling rules.
• Monitor product through the production cycle and
perform measurement verifications.
• Read measuring devices i.e., micrometer, calipers,
optical comparator.
• Conduct primary inspection of small parts using
a microscope.
• Remove, separate, document and report
defective products.
• Follow detailed instruction procedures.
• Document work completion via paperwork and
computer entry in an ERP system
• Work in a clean lab environment (Lab coats and hair
bonnets required. No artificial nails or nail polish.)
Required Skills and Experience
• Immaculate eye for detail required
• Ability to work under a microscope for
extended periods
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 10lbs
• Ability to stand at an injection molding machine for
extended periods
• Ability to train on 1st shift for up to 3 months before
moving to a full-time 2nd shift role
• Meet hourly and daily production goals
