We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to clients in Stanton, MI. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe and comfortable home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Remind clients to take medications (no administration unless certified)
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors/family
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (home care, CNA, or similar role)
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to lift, move, or assist clients as needed
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required)
