What You'll Do
- Manage parts ordering, receiving, and inventory control across multiple brands
- Work directly with service technicians to ensure they have the right parts, on time
- Support the sales team by recommending and sourcing accessories and add-ons
- Assist customers at the counter, over the phone, and online with parts and service needs
- Track and communicate order status, backorders, and ETAs
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
- Identify opportunities to increase parts and accessory sales
- Coordinate between departments to keep jobs moving and avoid delays
