Monday through Friday
Alternating weekly schedule:
Week A: 7:30AM-4:00PM M-F
Week B: 9:30am-6:00pm M-F
Option 2: Compressed Workweek (4 Days/Week)
Four days per week, 7:30am-6:00pm
One weekday off (flexible), not the same day every week
Cannot have every Monday or every Friday off
Ideal for those seeking a longer workday with an extra day off each week

We're seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Medical Receptionist) to be the welcoming first point of contact for patients in our growing Orthotics and Prosthetics practice. What You'll Do
As a key member of our front office team, you'll combine administrative expertise with exceptional customer service, including:
Managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls related to patients' medical equipment and supply needs
Verifying insurance coverage and clearly explaining patient eligibility and potential costs
Maintaining patient accounts by accurately collecting, recording, and updating personal and financial information
Communicating with caregivers, physicians, insurance companies, and outside providers regarding patient accounts and product needs
Creating and following up on documentation to ensure all required records are complete and on file
? What We're Looking For
Experience in medical reception, patient coordination, or healthcare customer service
Comfort handling high call volumes and sensitive patient information
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Insurance verification experience is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison Heights, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.25/hr.
