Job Title: Foreman
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Foreman to oversee the night trades crew during a Remodel. You will be responsible for ensuring that daily tasks on the checklist provided by the superintendent are completed and reporting any discrepancies. You will not be required to perform physical work on site but will ensure contractors fulfill their duties.
Responsibilities
Oversee the night trades crew and ensure tasks are completed.
Review and follow the daily checklist provided by the superintendent.
Write shift reports detailing completed tasks and reasons for any incomplete tasks.
Ensure contractors are fulfilling their responsibilities.
Essential Skills
Experience in construction supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work night shifts and maintain consistent attendance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in general construction labor is advantageous.
Any supervisory experience is beneficial.
Familiarity with carpentry and hand tools.

Work Environment
Work schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 10 PM to 6 AM, totaling 40 hours per week. The dress code includes jeans with no holes and comfortable construction shoes, as the role involves extensive walking. Employees are provided with a Siwek Construction shirt.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
