Job Title: General Production Worker - 1st Shift - Start ASAP
Job Description
The role involves working at assigned workstations, where you will load small parts onto a broach one at a time, activate the machine, and then transfer the finished product to a designated bin. Cycle times may vary between 5 to 20 seconds. Additionally, you will be responsible for moving bins weighing up to 25 pounds to different locations and completing daily production forms. The position requires standing for the entirety of an 8-hour shift, meeting production targets specific to each part.
Responsibilities
Operate machinery by loading small parts onto a broach and handling finished products.
Manage cycle times efficiently, ranging from 5 to 20 seconds per part.
Lift and relocate bins weighing up to 25 pounds.
Complete daily production forms accurately.
Stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift and achieve production numbers.

The work schedule includes one 30-minute lunch break after four hours, with no additional breaks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
