Work Schedule
This is a full-time position. The schedule aligns with store hours:
Monday & Thursday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM (late nights required)
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (must be willing to work Saturdays)
One weekday off: Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on staffing needs
Pay
$14-$16 per hour(Competitive for entry-level automotive roles. Based on experience and skill level.)
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers; answer incoming calls and inquiries
Direct calls and handle all customer payment/credit transactions
Daily balancing and reconciling of cash office accounts and bank deposits
Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with clerical tasks
Attend scheduled meetings and trainings
Perform basic administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
As a Cashier/Receptionist, you must demonstrate excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills. We are seeking an upbeat, self-starter who is detail-oriented and has strong phone etiquette.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
1-2 years of cashier or receptionist experience preferred
Desire to learn and grow within the automotive industry
