Job Description
We are seeking a System Administrator to own and support our cloud, infrastructure, and network environment. This role will be responsible for administering Microsoft 365 and Azure, maintaining server and network reliability, and ensuring secure, resilient operations across the organization. You'll partner closely with internal IT teams to reduce single points of failure, improve observability, and support ongoing operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune) and Entra ID / Azure AD
Manage Azure infrastructure, networking, governance, security, and cost controls
Maintain server environments (on-prem and cloud), including patching and performance monitoring
Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, wireless, VPNs)
Own monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery processes
Support security monitoring and incident response in partnership with leadership
Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational standards

Skills and Requirements
Hands on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
Experience administering Windows Server and Active Directory / Entra ID
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, DNS/DHCP)
Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (PRTG or similar)
Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and system reliability
Ability to document systems and follow operational best practices - Experience with Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM) and KQL
Experience with Cisco Meraki environments
Experience supporting the Microsoft Power Platform
Familiarity with identity automation tools (ie.Adaxes)
Security or cloud certifications (Microsoft preferred)
