Job Description
The Direct Connection(DC) Program Manager is responsible for collaborating with a cross functional team in the development and launch of new products within the Performance portfolio for STLA vehicle nameplates. The selected candidate will work with Product Planning to drive customer-focused performance products on time to market. The selected candidate will enter a fast-paced, energetic team and must be results driven with ability to demonstrate strategic mindset and challenge the status quo.
Specific Program Manager (PM) responsibilities include:
Engage a cross functional team in the development and launch of new offerings within the Performance Portfolio for several vehicle nameplates though chairing the team huddles and tracking deliverable to ensure launch timing milestones
Author, Track and Respond to Investigate/Action Bulletins ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Coordinate activities supporting the Vehicle Platform teams, Finance, Purchasing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Custom Shop, and Quality in order to achieve a common goal for product availability in the market
Assist with developing PC level decks to support DC Performance Parts at the Vehicle Program Approval milestone
Collaborate with Product Planning to drive a customer-focused accessory portfolio on time with vehicle launch
Work with SRT & Mopar Engineering to assess technical feasibility, cost & timing for new product launches.
Manage budget items including Tooling, ER&D, ED&D spending and monitor engineering resources per approved spending plan
Proactive escalation of issues and roadblocks promptly to drive rapid resolution
Responsible for overall Product launch timing by:
Compiling initial timelines for each performance part.
Acquiring regular updates through a combination of individual updates and by leading weekly Program Management Team (PMT) meetings.
Updating status reports.
Escalate and assist as needed to recover timing on any late items.
Job responsibilities (Primary Roles):
Ensure the Product Plan is executed on time.
Primary liaison between Mopar, SRT and Vehicle Team.
Writing/tracking bulletins. Compiling and submitting responses to bulletins.
Writing/tracking Engineering Requisitions.
Track spending of each program/part.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related degree field
A minimum of 8 years of engineering experience and/or program management with an emphasis on product design and development
Must demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills
Required ability to work with and lead cross functional groups
Excel in building positive working relationships and conflict resolution
Program lifecycle experience
Ability to break down barriers and roadblocks.
Very strong presentation & communication skills
Required proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Stellantis experience. Knowledge and understanding of:
Stellantis vehicle development process and milestones
Stellantis systems (ie. Global Bulletin System, Pentasap, EBOM, etc)
Stellantis organization and contacts
Previous Program Management or Leadership position in any organization/company
