Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $50.00 per hour
Shift:8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday (CONTRACT for at least 6 months)

What's a typical day as Recruiter ? You'll be:
Preparing and posting jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, and other channels
Sourcing and attracting candidates using databases, social media, and innovative recruiting strategies
Screening candidate resumes and job applications to identify top talent
Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Utilizing HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and SuccessFactors for candidate management
Collaborating closely with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, provide updates, and ensure a positive hiring experience
Maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal relationships throughout the hiring process
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have 5-7 years of recruiting experience in the automotive or manufacturing industries-REQUIRED
Are experienced with HR databases, ATS, and SuccessFactors
Possess strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
