Job Description:
Reports to: Director of Maintenance
CHI Aviation is seeking qualified candidates for a Logistics Specialist position - remote, austere, and OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States). The schedule will be six weeks on and six weeks off, including travel and training.
Job Responsibilities:
Inventory tracking, management, and control of aircraft parts at locations.
Tracking parts as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage ordering, shipping, and receiving to include green tag component control with base-to-base transfers of parts, Class 1, and A11 GSE parts.
Conduct GSE preventative maintenance scheduling as needed.
Enter and order parts in the WinAir system of record.
Track and maintain hazardous goods and storage.
Maintain parts shelf-life tracking and conduct monthly auditing.
Manage U.S. Mail/COMAT.
Manage vehicle maintenance monitoring to include lease contract compliance for preventative maintenance.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
S. citizen with a current passport.
Must have the ability to obtain security clearance.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
