Job Description
Mopar Collision Analyst for Business Intelligence
The Collision Analyst for Business Intelligence supports Mopar collision and service parts performance by translating complex datasets into actionable insights. This role develops dashboards, reporting, and analytics that help leaders and cross-functional partners improve claim accuracy, parts availability, pricing and competitiveness, repair network performance, and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., parts sales/shipments, catalog/pricing, dealer and collision center performance, claims/warranty where applicable, market and program data).
Build data models and metrics definitions; document business logic and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer business questions, identify trends, diagnose drivers, and quantify financial and operational impacts.
Partner with collision operations, product/program teams, pricing, supply chain, finance, and IT to translate requirements into analytics deliverables.
Improve data quality by identifying anomalies, partnering on root-cause investigation, and recommending process/data fixes.
Automate manual reporting processes, streamline data pipelines, and implement governance for consistent, trusted reporting.
Create executive-ready storytelling: clear visuals, concise narratives, and recommendations based on evidence.
Support experimentation and program measurement (e.g., before/after impact analyses, pilot evaluation, ROI tracking).
