Senior Financial Reporting Accountant

Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including global consolidations
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and detailed financial analyses
Contribute to external reporting requirements, including preparation of disclosures and supporting schedules
Partner with cross-functional and international teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting consistency
Assist with technical accounting research and documentation for complex transactions
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process enhancements
Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support quarterly reviews and annual audits
Help maintain strong internal controls and compliance with SOX requirements

Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA (or in progress) preferred
2+ years of public accounting (Big 4 or large regional) and/or relevant corporate experience
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and exposure to financial reporting or consolidations
Experience working in a global or multi-entity environment is a plus
Familiarity with systems such as OneStream or similar consolidation tools preferred
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively
