Responsible for applying business architectural functional designs to create the technical design, development, and review of enterprise class structure, infrastructure requirements, data architecture definitions and data management plans; analyze and create technical designs based on Pega PRPC architecture, ensuring a high standard of software delivery following SOA and integration architectural practices; collaborate with designers and developers to prepare effective designs and deliver required functional and non-functional benefits, following industry best practices; assist with the resolution of technical issues and mitigate technical risks across the Domain technical portfolio; utilize and apply knowledge of Pega PRPC, Informatica, Toad, Python, SQL, DB2, XML, JavaScript, REST APIs, Linux, Autosys, and WebSphere to perform assigned duties; perform in-depth Pega performance analysis and tuning; integrate Pega applications with various cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, and Azure; design and implement robust Pega case management solutions and complex business workflows; develop intuitive and responsive Pega user interfaces (UI), leveraging advanced UI controls and styling for optimal user experience; design and build comprehensive Pega reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and decision-making; use Pega development best practices, including data validation, and Pega debugging and performance analysis tools for effective troubleshooting and optimization; and ensure teams follow approved and best practice development activities.
Location: Southfield, Michigan and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the US;
Salary: $141,440 per year;
Education: Bachelor’s – Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Applied Computer Science, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Training: None;
Experience: Five (5) years in the position above, as an Applications Developer, as a Pega Consultant, as a Software Developer, as a Software Engineer, or in a related occupation;
