Location: Recycling Center / MRF (Materials Recovery Facility)
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-minded Recycling Center Attendant to support daily operations at our Recycling Center. This hands-on position plays a key role in maintaining high-quality recyclable materials and a safe, orderly work environment. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Feed conveyor lines to load recyclable materials into trailers
- Sort recyclable materials, including cardboard, and remove garbage or contamination from recycling streams
- Maintain quality standards for materials being processed and shipped
- Remove finished bales and place them into storage using a forklift
- Assist with keeping the warehouse, tipping floor, and MRF clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Additional Opportunities
- Option to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- CDL-qualified employees may have the opportunity to haul semi and 53’ trailer loads of recycling materials to Marquette

Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical work in an industrial environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained)
- Ability to work safely as part of a team
